What are Conventions & Standards? What I mean by "Conventions" and how they relate to Standards: as far as our Photography and Graphic Design classes are concerned, conventions relate to file-naming conventions (how you name your files) and hierarchy or folder structure. Remember: the only files that require the use the naming convention that Mrs. Lavine set up are for the finals (usually a .png or .jpg for Digital Photography or a .PDF for Graphic Design).
When you name your files, use an underscore ("_") or you might mess up the way files are previewed. This might also be a challenge in Google Drive; if that is the case, rename your files when you place them in Google Drive, with the underscore "_" between your last name and your first name.

Note: Every folder in the "Projects" folder will have folders for "Research," "Working" & "Finals" folders inside them, both on the desktop system where you seat each day, as well as on your Google Drive, for organizing files, & so I know where to look, for grading your file-naming convention, hierarchical structure and your final files of each project.
