Students have three options for the CTE Interview requirement:
A sit-down interview with Mr. Wing. Appointments are being made beginning June 4th for the week of June 8-14, for the Seniors (since the 14th is their last day in class for the 2014-15 school year). Students opting for this first choice will arrive dressed as if they were interviewing for an actual job as a Photographer or Designer.
Self-recording of students' respondes to Audio or Video recordings of questions posed by Mr. Wing. This will be produced as either a homework assignment or, using the computers in room 870, (it might be a bit loud if you attempt to do it in class, but you may make an appointment to use the computer lab before or after school).
Video-recording of students' responses to interviews conducted by another student
For the second and third choices, students are required to either add their videos to their Weebly website (this will require adding another page called "Video Interview"), or to one of the following folders, allowing students to upload their videos to Mr. Wing's Google Drive, for each class.
You may use the computers in the classroom, at home, or the video-recording features on your cell phone. Keep in mind that these are intended to enact what a real job interview is like, so dress professionally and take the assignment seriously (don't crack wise, just because it's one of your friends recording you).
